In 2019 Soraya Shaw became one of the few commercially focused, MSc qualified Applied Organisational Neuroscientists in the UK. The founder of BrainShaw® a Neuro performance and leadership consultancy, for more than two decades she has partnered with C-suite leaders, boards level teams, entrepreneurs and high-growth individuals to turn brain science into a practical, clear strategic advantage by championing transformative thinking for a 5.0 GenAI world.
Why I’m Different
Before launching my performance consultancy 22 years ago, I spent a decade at the sharp end of global brand advertising, as an FMCG European Business Director at WPP, Interpublic and Chime. That commercial pressure-cooker taught me two priceless truths: creativity moves markets, and people’s emotional brains decide everything.
Today, I fuse that creative-commercial edge with evidenced neuroscience to guide leaders to understand the complexity of peoples brains and to think better, adapt faster and perform sustainably in the face of new challenges and AI/tec integration. Because I believe that in the GenAI age, investing in people’s brain capital and brain health is as important as investing in technology.
