Tracy and I began Brainy Video Podcasts over four years ago. We’d never done a podcast, let alone a video one before and whilst we had a rough idea of what we wanted to explore and talk about how we got started was a different matter!

Microphone or no microphone, camera on or off, guests - where do we get them from!

Do we need to script everything or should we just go for it! Editing, website, platforms, branding, strategy, will we get on- we’ve got different but as we discovered, complimentary styles - music, no music, sponsors, no sponsors the list goes on.

26 episodes later, listened to in 27 countries, only two face to face get togethers, lots of laughs, chats and generous, interesting and innovative guests we just love what we do and doing it together.

We both have bucket loads of curiosity, love a good challenge, brimming with questions and can be controversial in our views because we’ve got quite a few experiences under our belts and value the different perspectives our individual lens on the world bring.

Our pole star is the belief that unless people, leaders, business or organisations innovate in this tumble drier world they won’t survive. I don’t think that Tracy and I quite realised when we started how important and true that would turn out to be.
